The Benefits of Journaling


I’ve always been a huge believer in Journaling. In Hannah Braime’s article “How Writing Things Down Can Change Your Life” she discusses the various benefits of how journaling can be extremely beneficial. Author’s such as David Burns (Getting Things Done) to therapists have always been big believers in Journaling.

Journaling can make you very productive. However, it does way more than that. It allows you to get thoughts, feelings and emotions out and into observable format. Journaling allows you to perspect on situations and ideas.

There are some great journaling apps for the Mac. Day One is probably the most popular at the moment but MacJournal remains hugely successful. It really doesn’t matter what program you use as long as it helps you to write things down. Journal both for your success and piece of mind.
